Fleetwood Lofts LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and manages residential apartment communities. We are not real estate brokers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide to us, including through SMS/text message, phone, email, our websites, and in person.

2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact Information: Your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.

  • Tenant and Applicant Information: Rental applications, lease agreements, payment information, and maintenance requests. And any other information provided to us.

  • Communications: Records of phone calls, emails, and text messages you send to us or request from us.

  • Technical Data: Information automatically collected when you visit our website, such as your IP address and browser type.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries about our properties. You may receive 3-5 messages per month in the month or two months after your initial inquiry, sporadic messages. Tenants will receive more regular messages, typically 5-10 messages per month, and potentially more or less depending on engagement level.

  • Communicate with current tenants about lease matters, maintenance, or other property-related issues.

  • Provide information about available units or inventory at the property you inquired about or other related properties we own or manage.

  • Provide customer service.

  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS/Text Messaging
Other than regarding property availability, we do not use SMS for general marketing or unsolicited promotions. Note when contacting us, talk, message and data rates may apply. We only send text messages for the following purposes:

  • To respond when you contact us and specifically request a call or text reply.

  • To communicate with current tenants who have requested or consented to receive text updates or reminders.

  • Message frequency will increase around the time of initial contact, when inventory available, or upon your engagement/contact with us.

  • Tenants/residents/applicants will receive increased communications.

  • Respond HELP and REQUEST A CALL for help at any time during SMS exchanges to receive a call back from one of our representatives.

  • You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us directly using the information below. Email STOP and your contact information to hello@fleetwoodlofts.com to ensure opt-out.

5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Note, where contacting us via a third party, such as a listing website, that third party’s privacy policy applies to any information shared or provided to that third party. Except as noted herein, we will never transfer your personal information to any external organizations under any circumstances, even with your consent. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., property management software vendors, maintenance contractors) under confidentiality agreements.

  • Affiliates and related entities who own or manage properties, solely to provide you with information about available units or inventory at those properties if you have requested such information.

  • Legal authorities if required to comply with the law, enforce our rights, or protect safety.

6. Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your Choices
You may:

  • Update or correct your contact information by contacting us.

  • Opt out of SMS communication at any time.

  • Request access to or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on our website and update the effective date.
