General Pet Policy: Fleetwood Lofts is generally pet friendly (including to: dogs 🐶, cats 🐈, and birds 🦜) and welcomes well-trained four-legged members of your family. Limitations on the number and type of pets are typically evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on unit size, pet type/size, current pet occupancy, etc. Limitations also apply to, among other things, aggressive pets, and untrained pets. Please get in touch with Management for more details on our pet policy. Exotic pets are typically excluded from our pet friend policy unless otherwise noted by Management. Due to the historic nature of the building, additional pet restrictions apply for select units with sensitive conditions. To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, the building maintains specific restrictions regarding dogs. The following breeds, including mixes thereof, are not permitted: Pit Bull Terrier (also known as American Pit Bull Terrier), Pitt Bull mixes, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf Hybrids, Cane Corso, and American Bulldog. In addition, dogs exceeding forty (40) pounds in weight are not allowed on the property. Residents may submit written requests for accommodations or waivers to this policy. All such requests will be reviewed and responded to at management’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, and such requests may not receive a response. Generally, one pet is permitted per apartment, absent specific approval from Management, including potential additional pet fees, charges, and/or deposits. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Further, pets with certain behavioral histories that are disclosed or discovered may not be approved or may be subject to revocation of approval. Please contact us regarding breed and weight restrictions and limits. Pet approval is ultimately subject to Management approval and potential pet screening, subject to Management’s sole discretion. Documented service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
